作者簡介

從小就非常喜歡閱讀和寫作。當她九歲時，就已經讀完收藏於國中部圖書館的故事書，
並且要求學校準許她進入高中部的圖書館閱讀書籍。在成為全職作家之前他曾當過女演
員、舞臺監督與BBC電視臺的場務指導，現在則和他的先生與三個孩子住在英國威爾斯的
一個偏僻鄉村。她表示自己特別喜歡寫作奇幻類型的題材，因為這類題材充滿了無限的
